Happy Christmas / Happy 2021 / Happy Trails

Goodbye 2020, welcome 2021, and off we go! We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas with all three children, their mates, and all 7.56 grandchildren. No, we did not socially distance, though there were negative COVID tests. Thank you Kari & Tyler and your HOA for allowing us seven beautiful nights in your Estero, Florida driveway! Because we were limited to 15-AMP electric service, we were happy that the Florida weather cooled down nicely at night to the point of needing to use the propane heater a couple of nights.

Then 5 nights at Koreshan State Park also in Estero. Fascinating place. We got to experience our first gray & black tank dumps and successfully backed into a tight RV site surrounded by foliage. New Years Eve was a cookout & s’mores around a campfire!

Four more days of shaking out Diggs then She & Me will head to destination 3, Lake Manatee State Park near Bradenton, Florida for 4 nights.

Here are the things we’ve added to Diggs so far… 1) 12 feet of LED strip lights above the Kitchen slide for ambience. The living area ceiling lighting in Diggs is too bright when relaxing, 2) Oxygenics replacement shower head, 3) Stick-up light over the stove/prep area. That’s it. We are very happy with Diggs and Tuggs is pulling her just fine.

We wish you and yours a most happy New Year!
